Our Tax Lady, Shelley L. Denney is a Special Enrolled Agent (EA) and has been in practice since 1981. She has a thorough knowledge of the existing tax code and expertly prepares hundreds of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns annually.

'Our Tax Lady' has been federally licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to practice before Internal Revenue since 1985 and is a long-time member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and its affiliates, Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents & California Society of Enrolled Agents.

Shelley is also an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) as well as an Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP) and is a member of the National Society of Accountants (NSA). She provides tax advisory, tax preparation services, and bookkeeping and payroll services to both businesses and individuals. She closely monitors the changes in the federal, state and local tax laws that affect you or your business.
